She is trying to qualify for the Boston and New York Marathons again. <span class=\"userContent\"> She ran her second fastest marathon ever with a time of 3:23:05. She even won an award for finishing 1st in her division!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It was our first trip to Maine and our first weekend <!--more-->by ourselves, without the kids, in a long time. The weekend can be summed up as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>We stayed at this quaint little bed and breakfast called the <a title=\"The Nestlewood Inn\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nestlewoodinn.com\/\">Nestlewood Inn<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"userContent\">I got up early on\u00a0Sunday morning to watch my wife run 26.2 miles. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"userContent\">While she spent the day running, I ate some amazing oatmeal raisin cookies, bought the best lunch ever at the <a title=\"The Orange Cat Cafe\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orangecatcafe.com\/\">Orange Cat Cafe<\/a>, and gouged myself at a marathon expo pasta dinner night after the race.\u00a0Cause &#8216;dats how we roll!\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4065\" src=\"http:\/\/jamesrichardson.net\/jtalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/sugarloaf.fw_.png\" alt=\"sugarloaf.fw\" width=\"450\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"http:\/\/jamesrichardson.net\/jtalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/sugarloaf.fw_.png 511w, http:\/\/jamesrichardson.net\/jtalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/sugarloaf.fw_-150x150.png 150w, http:\/\/jamesrichardson.net\/jtalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/sugarloaf.fw_-300x298.png 300w, http:\/\/jamesrichardson.net\/jtalk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/sugarloaf.fw_-120x120.png 120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I spent a wonderful weekend in Maine with my wife to support her Marathon fixation.
