This was <a href=\"https:\/\/jamesrichardson.net\/jtalk\/2015\/01\/15\/vhs-massacre-the-upcoming-documentary\/\" title=\"\">my third documentary collaboration<\/a> with Tom, having previously appeared in <a href=\"https:\/\/tubitv.com\/movies\/655409\/vhs-massacre\" title=\"Free on Tubi\">VHS Massacre<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/tubitv.com\/movies\/723878\/vhs-massacre-too\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"VHS Massacre Too\">VHS Massacre Too<\/a>. The film is called American Expendables and is a deep dive into the impact that B-movie action stars like Bolo Yeung, Bill Blanks, and Cynthia Rothrock had on the martial arts genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom interviewed me because of my martial arts background and love of Kung Fu movies from the 70s and 80s. This is a project that he worked on for several years.
