My name is Nayibe Bararata-Rumbaut. I am a positive Cuban girl that came to this country to succeed! I am currently an undergraduate student at LaGuardia Community College, majoring in New Media Technology and expected to graduate Fall 2012 Semester. I am a creative and hard working individual. I have professional experience as a freelance production assistant and a demonstrated interest in all aspects of video production. I have been praised for my drive and commitment to a job well done. I work very well under pressure and have a lot of experience working in fast-paced environments. I am bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. I have experience working with television production in both languages, and have recorded commercial voiceover work in Spanish. My former employers would describe me as a team player that is goal oriented and would never stop working until the team and company's goal is achieved. They would also describe me as detail oriented, easy to work with and knowledgeable, and as having an eager desire to keep learning new information that would make me a more valuable individual for society. I am passionate about movies and I am planning to transfer to a four-year college to continue my studies in Film.
