Assignment Reflection
This assignment was a final research project in which we were instructed to write a memo on the growing threat of electronic waste in America. We were to research and write about the causes of the problem and possible solutions to fixing it. The only problem encountered in developing this project was in deciding what information to omit from the memo, because I had an abundance of information. This was only a problem because a memo is supposed to be short, outlining the most important elements to the subject. Thankfully I eventually narrowed down my information and completed the project.

Assignment Reflection
The challenge behind this assignment was to create a collage using images gathered from newspapers, magazines, and or photos. The collage design was to serve as practice in utilizing scale. It stressed the application of scale to create the impression of depth and disproportion in all of the elements. The only problem that I encountered in developing this collage was in obtaining the right images to achieve the desired frightful effect. I solved this problem by utilizing the internet to locate the types of images that I thought worked best, and merged those with others that I gained from magazines.

Assignment Reflection
This presentation assignment was part of a three part project in which we were to develop a business plan, a website for the chosen business idea, and a presentation covering them both. The goal of the presentation was to explain all of the factors outlined in the business plan. The greatest difficulty here was in deciding what my business would sell and the best ways in which to sell it. The business idea that I finally settled on was to sell pre-made or custom 3D animation models for TV and small business. I researched hard to find out how companies, already in business, handled doing similar ideas and adapted that knowledge to solidify my proposal.

Assignment Reflection
The goal of this assignment was for all students to view the artistic works of students, or any person, showcased around LaGuardia Community College. Once we have achieved this, we were to choose one particular piece. This could be a painting, sculpture, collage, etc. We were then to write an autobiography on the owner and the piece of art that we chose. The toughest part of this assignment was in choosing between all of the fine works of art that were showcased. I wanted to do my paper on something exotic so I chose a metal sculpture almost hidden on the fourth floor of the school. It was difficult to research enough information to complete the project, but my perseverance paid off.

Every aspect of this site was designed by me as I tackled many new web development challenges and integrated many new techniques in order to code, from scratch, the site that you are viewing now.
